Take a Walk Down Appraisal Alley!
The region's leading antiques appraisers -- each specializing in specific areas of collecting -- will again bring their skills to "Appraisal Alley" as the Madison-Bouckville Outdoor Antiques Show marks
its 37th year in 2008!
Located within a special tent on the Madison-Bouckville Outdoor Antiques Show grounds, "Appraisal Alley" will enable showgoers to have up to two of their own antiques or collectibles professionally appraised, either through an inspection of the items themselves or through reliable photographs. A small donation will be required, with proceeds benefiting a local veteran's memorial fund.
Expert appraisers include
(from the left)
Timothy Conroy, one of Central New York’s most prominent antiques
appraisers, covering fine arts, antiquities, collectibles, home furnishings
and decorative art.
Robert Knapp, a well-known auctioneer and appraiser with special expertise
in Americana, ephemera and books.
Dave McLean, an appraiser and auction-service owner whose emphasis is glass,
china, silver and musical instruments.
(not pictured)
Martin Brophy, a coin, stamp and sports memorabilia specialist.
So be sure to take a walk down "Appraisal Alley" with your antiques and collectibles at the 2008 Madison-Bouckville Outdoor Antiques Show!
